Contact form. If you use the form on our Contact Us page we collect the name, email address and message you enter. We use them to reply to your enquiry. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering people who contact us.
Human verification. The contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check that a message is sent by a person and not a bot. Cloudflare receives technical information from your browser, such as your IP address, for this purpose. See Cloudflare's privacy policy at https://www.cloudflare.com/privacypolicy/.
Website analytics. If you accept analytics cookies we use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used, for example which pages are visited and how visitors arrive. This data is collected only with your consent and is not used to identify you personally. See Google's privacy information at https://policies.google.com/privacy.
Server logs. Our hosting provider, Vercel, records standard technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested. We use it to keep the site secure and running.
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with the service providers that help us run the site: Mailtrap, which delivers contact form messages to us by email; Cloudflare, for human verification; Vercel, for hosting; and Google, for analytics if you have consented. These providers process data on our behalf, and some may process it outside the UK. Where they do, we rely on appropriate safeguards.
Contact form messages are kept for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any follow-up, and then deleted. Analytics data is kept according to the retention settings in our Google Analytics account. Server logs are kept by our hosting provider for a short period.
We use a small number of cookies. Our Cookie Notice explains which ones, and you can change your choice at any time using the Manage cookies link at the bottom of every page.
Under UK data protection law you have the right to ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to withdraw consent at any time where we rely on it. To exercise any of these rights, email info@PD2X.com.
